About WEWP

Config Sol Security is a trusted and dynamic security service provider with a dual mission of providing cost-effective security solutions to businesses while tackling the pressing issue of youth unemployment in South Africa.

Through our Work Experiential Working Program (WEWP), we present a transformative business solution that merges social responsibility with operational efficiency.

The WEWP is designed to create employment opportunities for PSIRA-registered security personnel, enabling them to gain practical workplace experience while employers benefit from reduced labour costs without compromising on service quality.

Our program is more than just a skills development initiative, it is a strategic workforce solution that empowers businesses to meet compliance, improve B-BBEE ratings, and contribute meaningfully to socio-economic transformation.

Our Purpose

Unemployment, particularly among youth, remains one of South Africa’s greatest socio-economic challenges. As a forward-thinking organisation, Config Sol Security has developed the WEWP to align with the National Development Plan (NDP) and Skills Development Act, which prioritise equipping young South Africans with workplace skills to improve their employability.
